Fourth class really enjoyed station teaching in Science. They learned about fingerprints, acids and bases, circuits and testing for starch.

Fourth class enjoyed a brilliant lesson today with Ms. McCarthy all about parachutes. They learned about air resistance and gravity and had great fun doing a fair test to to see what material worked best to make the parachute descend slowly to the ground. 🪂

To celebrate the feast of the wonderful St. Brigid, fourth class made some crosses from rushes to keep their homes safe over the coming year.
