
There are currently twenty two enthusiastic boys and girls in fourth class. The children are avid learners and always enjoy a challenge. Fourth class thoroughly enjoy activities such as cookery, local trails, music and arts and crafts.



Gardening Galore!
Today fourth class got their green fingers out and made a start weeding the school garden and planting some flowers. Lovely work by all our budding gardeners!!

An Gorta Mór
Fourth class have been busy in recent weeks learning about the Great Famine and how it devastated the Irish population and sparked starvation, disease, emigration and death. Lots of very interesting scenes have been re-enacted by the boys and girls.

World Book Day
This week we celebrated World Book Day in SNC. It was an excellent opportunity to celebrate our favourite characters from the stories we love. Today children were invited to dress up as characters from their favourite books. Earlier in the week we had shared reading...
