We have been learning all about 2D Shapes in Junior Infants lately. We love learning about the shapes and saying rhymes and singing songs about them. But most of all we love trying to find 2D shapes in our environment. In February we went on a shape hunt on our school grounds. We found lots of circles, squares, rectangles, triangles. Ovals were the trickiest to find. We had great fun searching and colouring in each shape as we found it.
