There was great excitement in Scoil Naomh Cualán this morning as when we arrived at school 4 new chicks had been born.  During the day another chick was born.  The children are delighted and are enjoying learning about the chicks.

Third class really enjoyed the build up to Halloween. Team work skills got the ultimate test as groups made some super scarecrows. We were treated to some lovely smoothies made by sixth class to recognise all our hard work preparing for cross country. Finally we tried...

Rang 4 had a FaBOOlous run up to the Halloween break with pumpkin carving, scarecrow building, dress up, chocolate apples and of course our fun-filled Halloween games. Lots of squeals of laughter and fun were to be heard during our games Flour Face and Snap Apple....
