Last week Junior Infants tried their hand at baking and made their own homemade brown bread, which tasted absolutely delicious! The children showed that they are super bakers. Ms. Kenneally made a big mistake — she forgot to bring in the butter! So what could the children do? They made their own butter using cream and a pinch of salt and shook, shook, shook! Hopefully they will use these baking skills again in the future.
