Our wonderful Sixth Class pupils visited Junior Infants for buddy reading this week.
The older children were amazing role models and fantastic little teachers for the juniors. They chatted about the book together, looked closely at the front and back cover, the author, illustrator and blurb, and encouraged the children to predict what might happen next. Sixth Class made the shared reading session so magical!
A huge thank you to our Sixth Class pupils — we are so proud of you, and our Junior Infants absolutely loved it!
