Over the last few weeks the children in Scoil Naomh Cualán have been learning about China and their customs. As a celebration of the Chinese New Year we decided that it would be nice to sample some Chinese food. Stephen from Ling’s Garden cooked various Chinese dishes and we sampled them in school. We had a lovely feast and the children really enjoyed the experience.
