Junior infants have been learning all about ‘Life on The Farm’ over the last few weeks, and most importantly where our food comes from. After learning about ‘The Journey of Milk’ through the AgriAware Dig In programme, we tried our hand at making our own butter. Great fun was had shake-shake-shaking, and even ‘butter’ fun tasting it out on some crackers! A big thumbs up by the children who were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was!
