On Tuesday Edel Heeran came to the school and gave a Pollinator workshop to 1st, 2nd and 3rd class. The children learnt all about bees and about how they play a vital roll in our environment. Everyone was also given the opportunity to sample some local honey. This workshop was funded by the Heritage Council and the school.
