Election 2020: With the upcoming election Borrisoleigh will be inundated with canvassers looking for votes. It is an opportunity to highlight our case for a single campus and for proper parking and set down facilities. The school has hired consultants who are in the process of developing a masterplan for our school development. It is up to us, to put political pressure on our local representatives in order to receive funding to rectify our pressing issues. Please find attached a flyer that sets out in bullet points our concerns that need to be addressed. Please put these points to any canvassers and make our school development the number one election issue in Borrisoleigh this year. Many thanks.
Scór na nÓg: All in Scoil Naomh Cualán wish our pupils and past pupils who are representing Borrisoleigh in the Scór na nÓg, the very best of luck in the All Ireland Final this weekend. Beirigí bua!
Reminder: This Thursday we are holding our ‘Grandparent’s Day’. We’re looking forward to seeing everyone!
The school recently set up a Twitter accountant to show case the learning and activities that take place in our school. It is a fantastic platform to share our learning with parents and other schools. Photographs of children maybe posted while doing activities or in celebration of particular achievements but children will not be identified by name.
Please find below a permission slip that must be filled in and returned to the school by Wednesday 29th of January please. Thank you.
