Today our wonderful U-11 boys made our school, our parish and their families extremely proud by winning the County Final in Semple Stadium against very tough opponents, Newport. Our boys in maroon and white gave an exhibition of hurling from the time the whistle blew! Their determination, hard work, grit and integrity shone through from start to finish. We are immensely proud of all they have achieved.
Newport showed great resilience, putting up a strong fight and competing until the final whistle.
