Following a HSE update in relation to children with Coronavirus symptoms, ( https://www2.hse.ie/conditions/coronavirus/if-your-child-has-symptoms.html ) we have updated our response plan in relation to children returning to school after any absence.
We request that you contact the school promptly on the first day of your child’s absence with the reason for the absence.
Then before your child returns to school you must fill in the ‘Return to school parental declaration form’ please. Follow this link to a Google form, https://forms.gle/epje69eCP1Gf5jWm6
Once the form is complete, click submit.
