Amelia did an excellent oral procedural text during the week based on how to make a pizza. She chose this theme as she has a pizza making night every Saturday. How lucky is she???

Children in first have been busy bird watching over the last week. They have done a great job identifying the different birds. Here's a sample graph that the children have been completing.

Ciarán was the first child to shout 'Bingo' back at his teacher on Friday as part of a Fitness Bingo game. Well done Ciarán! You are such a fit and energetic boy!

Niamh and Caoimhe also took part in the Draw our Heroes competition. Niamh drew her who auntie who's a nurse and Caoimhe drew her uncle who's a guard. Aren't they so lucky to have such heroes in their lives!

Aaliyah planted sunflower seeds a few weeks ago. Look how well they are doing! We look forward to seeing how the progress over the coming weeks!
